Julie’s Place – Tallahassee – Matchbook

Today we have a small reminder of a once great drinking (and eating, but the drinks were always better than the food in my opinion) establishment in North Tallahassee.  Julie’s Place is long gone (it was bought by a one-time manager sometime in the early 00’s and I guess he didn’t understand that running a business takes more than just managing a restaurant…).  Until I ran across this matchbook I had no idea that there were more than that one Julie’s Place, I guess old Julie got around.  All the others have apparently met the same fate as the Tallahassee JPs.

The building is still there, so I’ll try to get by there soon before its gone as well, but that list is getting bigger by the day…
